On March 20, 1990, Promise Keepers was founded and went on to be used of God to create spiritual movement in thousands and thousands of men across the country!

Men in amazing numbers gave up a weekend and met with each other and, more importantly, did business with God, making decisions that shifted the trajectory of their lives and families, ministries and businesses!

The effects of some of those decisions are still being felt today!

Our question is this, was that just for a special season of time?

Surely we are not currently seeing that same level of spiritual activity and momentum among men.

But is that by divine design so we must wait until God decides to move again among men?

We don’t believe so!

We believe that God’s desire for men to live free and to lead well remains resolute!

And we believe His investment in making that a reality remains a constant!

So the variable is on OUR end, not His!

Therefore Mission Nebraska is purposing to begin creating a catalytic event in our state targeting MEN!

Sometime in the Spring of 2009, we will host the first statewide, Freedom Men’s Conference right here in Nebraska!

One thing we know is that we are not alone as a ministry in our desire to re-engage the hearts of men!

As we have shared in recent weeks, we have already heard from others in our state that God is stirring in this critical area!
